CNC Air Plasma Sheet Cutting
Automated high-definition plasma cutting beds driven by CAD/CAM nesting algorithms. Ensures micro-precise trapezoidal tapering and clean edge beveling up to 25mm thickness without thermal distortion.
1,000-Ton Tandem Press Brake
Heavy CNC hydraulic tandem press brakes forming continuous single-piece polygonal columns up to 12 meters in length. Eliminates circumferential joints for maximum aerodynamic strength.
Automatic Submerged Arc Welding (SAW)
Automated single-pass continuous longitudinal seam welding conforming to AWS D1.1 structural welding code. Deep flux immersion guarantees defect-free, 100% full-penetration seams.
In-House 7-Tank Hot-Dip Galvanizing
Full immersion degreasing, acid pickling, fluxing, and molten zinc bath (450°C) as per IS 2629 & IS 4759. Produces uniform 86+ micron zinc coating internally and externally for 25+ years life.
NABL Metallurgy & Tensile Lab
Every steel heat undergoes rigorous tensile tests (UTS 492 MPa vs 410 MPa min), 180° bend test with zero cracking, chemical spectrometry, and pivoted hammer zinc adhesion verification.
Photometric & High Mast Rigging
Integration of motorized dual-drum winches, stainless steel wire ropes (SS 316), lantern carriages, and IES LM-79 tested LED luminaires (128.15 lm/W efficacy, IP66 / IK08 surge protected).

Taravi Primary Manufacturing Works & Fabrication Bay
Our flagship manufacturing facility is equipped with automated CNC plasma cutting beds, 1,000-ton tandem press brakes capable of bending single-piece continuous tapered octagonal poles up to 12m without transverse welds, and a dedicated 7-tank hot-dip galvanizing facility providing over 86-micron zinc coating for maximum industrial durability.
