Built on Uncompromising Engineering Standards

Every pole and mast leaving our plant represents strict metallurgical testing, certified raw materials, and precision workmanship.

Continuous Taper Bending

Utilizing tandem CNC hydraulic press brakes, each octagonal section is formed with uniform polygonal symmetry and submerged arc welding with zero transverse joints.

7-Tank Hot-Dip Galvanizing

Full immersion zinc galvanizing in strict accordance with IS 2629 and BS EN ISO 1461, delivering minimum 86 micron coating for 25+ years corrosion-free life.

Aerodynamic Wind Testing

All poles and high mast systems are structurally calculated and tested to resist wind velocities up to 180 km/h conforming to IS 875 (Part 3) design codes.
