Continuous Taper Aerodynamics: CNC hydraulic tandem press brake bending ensures a continuous uniform 8-sided taper with zero transverse welding seams for maximum wind resistance.
Longitudinal Submerged Arc Welding: Single continuous submerged arc longitudinal weld (AWS D1.1 standard) ensuring seamless joint structural integrity.
Hot-Dip Galvanizing: Processed through an automated 7-tank chemical degreasing, pickling, and fluxing pre-treatment with 86+ microns uniform hot-dip zinc coating conforming to IS 2629 / BS EN ISO 1461.
Flush Vandal-Resistant Door: Weatherproof flush-fitting lockable door with tamper-proof security lock, rubber sealing gasket, and integral din-rail MCB/terminal block mounting.
